Here’s a detailed breakdown of all included features:

Secure backups of both database and files, stored offsite. This is of vital importance in the case of serious issues with your site.

Security monitoring to ensure your site is clear of malware and viruses.

Regular software version updates of WordPress, theme, and plugin files ensure your site remains stable and secure.

Regular maintenance of your website database to keep it running fast and smooth with optimization and post revisions, if applicable.

Site restoration from our secure backup so your site can be reloaded in case of emergency. The Foundational Care plan does not include free restoration services.

We’ll meet in person or for a consultation call to touch base and make sure you’re happy with your site and plan for upgrades if necessary.

Your Monthly Website Report provides clear insights into your site’s performance and maintenance status, based on your selected service level.

Cardinalis receives notification if your website goes down so we can address the issue. Uptime monitoring will reveal any chronic issues with your hosting provider that should be addressed.

Monitoring for broken links is essential because they negatively impact user experience and can harm your website’s search engine rankings by signaling poor site maintenance. We keep an eye on that for you.

Monthly page speed testing provides insights into website loading speeds. After a baseline report, adjustments are made to boost speed and make changes where needed.

An SEO Ranking Report based on keyword monitoring lets you know how your site compares to others for up to 12 keywords/phrases.
Plans are billed quarterly or biannually.

Should you decide you want to make additions or changes to your site after publication, these are just a few of the possibilities available:
– Photo updates including alt text. Cardinalis will replace photos on your existing pages with new photos that you provide.
– Page content modification. We update your content as you grow, reach new milestones, add services, etc.
– Link maintenance. If any of your outbound links change, Cardinalis will update them.
– QR Codes. If you need QR codes to use on print materials or elsewhere to easily connect your target audience to your website, social media accounts, or email management pages, we can provide them.
– Icon and link maintenance for social media. We are happy to add new social media account icons or links to your site.
– Website hosting, domain name registry, and identity protection. If you choose to have us do so, Cardinalis will handle your website hosting plan, including domain registry and identity protection, so you don’t have to. (Charges for hosting, etc. are not included in the maintenance plan fee.)
– New pages. We are happy to add any additional pages to your site that you wish
SELF-SERVICES
Cardinalis does NOT currently provide these services:
– Uploading of blog posts, newsletters, or press releases. You or your assistant will handle these items although we do provide training.
– Email management. Cardinalis does not manage your email list or design email content. However, we will place links to your email service on your site.
– Donation administration or ecommerce. Cardinalis does not manage your campaign finances or online store. However, we do design effective, eye-catching donation sections and buttons for your site and link them to your online donation service. We are happy to build an ecommerce page for your site. However, you or an employee will need to manage it.
